This privacy policy explains how Inspirittattoo.no collects and processes personal data.

The declaration contains information about your rights when storing personal data through a customer relationship with Inspirittattoo.no, and general information about how we process personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation.

1 Personal data

In order to buy a gift card from Inspirit Tattoo, you must provide your full name, address, mobile number and email. This is necessary for us to be able to deliver the gift card, as well as contact you if there is a need in accordance with the purchase. The legal basis is GDPR art. 6 No. 1 b) agreement or c) legal obligation.

We are required to store agreement and purchase information in connection with accounting, tax handling and any warranty/return handling. This history is deleted after ten years. We also store the IP address used when entering into an agreement for security reasons.

For different purposes, we may need other personal data. Which personal data and the purpose of this is described here in the privacy policy.

1.1 Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data that Inspirit Tattoo has registered in accordance with current legislation. You can at any time request to receive this information free of charge in accordance with the legislation.

Information must be disclosed/transmitted in a secure manner. If the data subject submits the request electronically, and unless the data subject requests otherwise, the information must be provided in a normal electronic form.

You can also, at any time, ask us to delete or correct your personal data, provided that we are not obliged to keep them in accordance with applicable legislation or other obligations we have.

You have the right to be provided with your own personal data that you have given to Inspirittattoo.no – data portability. If it is technically possible, we can send this information directly to the new business. If not, we will send the information to you via e-mail.

All personal data we send to you in these contexts will be sent in encrypted file format.

You can withdraw the consent you have given us at any time. You can find the consents on my page.

You have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you feel that your personal data is not being processed in accordance with this declaration.

1.2 Archiving of personal data

The Accounting Act requires us to store transaction data for 5 years. In order to be able to safeguard customers’ rights in connection with guarantees and complaints in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, the Purchase Act and Inspirittattoo.no’s conditions of sale, we store purchase history for 10 years.

Inspirit Tattoo has good routines and comprehensive measures to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to your personal data, and that the processing of data takes place in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. Examples of such measures are risk assessments, implementation of organizational and physical measures, access management and archiving routines, as well as routines for handling data and following up on requests regarding the right to access, correction and deletion.

2 Communication

When you contact us via the website, e-mail, telephone (call, text message) or social media, we process personal data.

The purpose is to be able to respond to inquiries from you, for history, and to have documentation in cases where we receive claims, complaints or legal claims. 3 Marketing in existing customer relationships

When you become a customer with us, we process personal data as mentioned above. If you have an existing customer relationship with us, we will be able to send you marketing by e-mail and SMS, in line with Section 15 of the Marketing Act, as well as the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority’s corresponding guidance.

The purpose is to be able to provide good customer service. The legal basis is GDPR art. 6 no. 1 f), where the legitimate interests are to be able to offer you relevant products and services. The legal basis can also be GDPR art. 6 no. 1 a), where you have given us your consent. You can unsubscribe from e-mail and SMS marketing at any time. Information on how to unsubscribe is provided in all e-mails and SMSs we send that are linked to marketing. The information is kept until «the data subject requests that it be deleted» or at the latest up to 24 months after the last opened e-mail.

4 Cookies and pixels

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you download a website.
These are usually used to improve your user experience and remember who you are so you stay logged in.

The purpose of cookies is to provide the website with basic functionality such as session management,
analysis, personalization and marketing.

Pixel is a small code on our website that makes it possible to record conversions via online advertisements. It gives us the opportunity to adapt external advertising to customer groups based on their interests internally on our website. We always ask for your consent for the use of pixels.

4.1 How to avoid cookies

If you wish to avoid the use of cookies, you can set your browser not to accept them. See your browser’s help pages for settings. Please note that if you choose to exclude cookies, several of the functions on Inspirittattoo.no will stop working.

4.2 Analysis

Inspirit Tattoo collects anonymized information about visitors to Inspirittattoo.no for analysis.

By anonymised information we mean information that cannot be traced back to a user or a person. The purpose of this is to collect statistics that can be used to further develop and improve the website. Examples of this type of data are: number of visitors to the site, how the site is used, how long the visit lasts, where the users come from and which browsers are used.

We also collect keywords used via the search engine on the website. This is only to improve search results and the customer experience, and no information is collected that can be traced back to the user.

In order to give you a relevant and good experience on our website, we use functions and systems to personalize the content so that it is adapted to you and your interests.

We only personalize content on our website if you have given your consent.

4.4 Marketing

E-mail and SMS marketing only takes place if consent has been given from you.

We want our marketing to be experienced as relevant and valuable to you at all times, so the content will most often be adapted. We work with selected partners to offer a good solution related to SMS and e-mail shipments.

We and our partners track advertisements to know which ones you have seen online, and which products you have seen from us. With this, we can adapt the store to your interests, and show you relevant advertisements at the next opportunity.

We use cookies and pixels to personalize our online marketing. This only happens if you have given your consent. If consent has not been given, we will only use generic advertisements and other forms of targeting.

4.5 Personal data to third parties

Inspirit Tattoo will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data other than as described in the privacy policy. Your data will only be shared if we are legally obliged, or if we get your consent. Collaborators will only have access to the information if this is necessary to perform services for Inspirit Tattoo. 5 With whom we share personal data

In order to run our business, we sometimes need to share your personal information with parties such as:

Data processors: providers of various services that process your personal data on our behalf, such as IT and administration systems, accounting, cloud storage, web hosting, sending e-mails and the like.

We will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data other than as described in the privacy policy. Your data will only be shared if we are legally obliged, or if we get your consent. Collaboration partners will only have access to the information if this is necessary to perform services for Inspirittattoo.no. In such cases, data processing agreements are entered into to safeguard information security. In addition, we will decide how the processing of the information will take place.

6 Payment

For security reasons, we keep a history containing the IP address from which we receive orders. Payment information at Inspirit Tattoo is: IP address, name, address, e-mail and mobile phone number.

All systems that process personal data related to the payment of orders are strictly limited to employees who perform necessary tasks related to the order.

6.1 Card payments

Card numbers are not stored beyond what is necessary to ensure efficient handling of any problems with charging, cancellation of reservation and crediting. It is not possible for Inspirit Tattoo to see your entire card number in any of our systems after a purchase has been completed. Should problems arise with a card payment, payment managers at Inspirit Tattoo can find the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number (IIN/BIN number) to identify which bank issued the card so that we can assist in solving the problem.

If you choose card as payment method, payment information and card information will be shared with our card payment provider: Dintero and our card acquirer Swedbank. Payment and card details are only used to make a payment.

To make it even easier when shopping, you can choose to save your card information securely at checkout. Our payment partner, Dintero, will then store the card in its secure systems so that you can buy through this. We do not store your card information beyond referencing it by an identifier. Subsequent purchases on the saved card are easy to make, it is therefore important that you log out of your customer account when you have finished the transaction, possibly ensures that unauthorized persons do not have access to the device you are surfing on. You yourself are responsible for not sharing your username and password with others.

The information you provide when paying online will only be linked to your customer account. The information is stored in accordance with applicable laws. The purpose is that you do not have to provide your card information every time you make a purchase with us.

You can easily add new credit cards and delete saved cards in the checkout. To make the payment, we pass on card information to our payment provider Dintero. They store the information in a safe and sound manner and are certified according to the card companies’ strictest regulations, PCI Level 1.

7 Transfer of personal data outside the EU/EEA

In some cases, your personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, for example in cases where we use suppliers or services outside the EU/EEA to handle the sending of e-mails, to process customer data, to enable payment, for security on the website ours and otherwise to be able to run our business in a safe and efficient manner.

The transfer of personal data outside the EU/EEA is only permitted to countries approved by the European Commission, or under the necessary guarantees according to the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
