1. General
These conditions apply to the purchase of gift cards at Inspirit Tattoo AS. These conditions, together with your order, will form an overall contractual basis for the order.
The seller is: Inspirit Tattoo AS, reg.nr: 925 372 897, address: Pedersgata 47, 4013 Stavanger, and is hereinafter referred to as Inspirit Tattoo, we, us or the seller.
Buyer is: the person named in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as you, you, you, their, your or buyer
2. Order and agreement process
Your order is binding when the order is registered with us. We are also bound by your order if it does not deviate from what is offered by us in our online store,
our marketing or otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel an order or parts of it, if it deviates from what we have offered in our online shop, our marketing or otherwise does not correspond to offers made by us, e.g. in case of number restrictions etc.
Inspirit Tattoo is bound by the price stated to you at checkout, see also point 3 below.
In the event of a discrepancy in our stock or if an item is sold out, your order, or parts of it, may be cancelled. In such a situation, we will notify you of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead.
Inspirit Tattoo will send an order confirmation when the order has been placed. The seller must then notify you if something is out of stock. Your receipts from the Seller will be delivered to you by uploading them to «My account/Orders», on the estimated delivery date, regardless of which payment method is chosen.
3. Prices
Gift vouchers are exempt from VAT. The total cost of the purchase will appear before completion of an order and include all expenses associated with the purchase such as expenses for postage, shipping, packaging etc.
The prices are constantly changing and we reserve the right to price changes until the completion of each individual purchase, as a result of changed prices from our suppliers or currency changes.
4. The gift card
- The gift card is impersonal and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Lost gift cards are not replaced.
- Purchased gift cards cannot be refunded after the order has been completed
5. Payment
The purchase price can, at your own choice at checkout, be settled by bank or credit card, Vipps, invoice or partial payment.
When choosing invoice or partial payment as the payment method, separate agreements will be entered into for the financing, and you will receive information and agreement documents from the relevant supplier of the financing at checkout.
When using a card or Vipps, the purchase price will be reserved on the card when ordering. That is, upon completion of the checkout. When the order has been sent, the purchase price will be charged
6. Payment by card
In principle, we do not undertake to store card numbers beyond what is necessary to ensure efficient handling of any problems with charging, cancellation of reservation and crediting.
To make it easier to buy a gift card and pay a deposit with us next time, you can, when paying at the cashier, choose to store your card information securely with us. It is important that you log out of your customer account when you have finished trading. You yourself are responsible for not sharing your username and password with others. In order to make the payment, we pass on your information to our payment provider. They store the information in a safe and secure manner and are PCI Level 1 certified.
7. Delivery of gift cards
At checkout, you can choose to pick up your order at Inspirit Tattoo free of charge, or to have the gift card sent as a package in the post box for NOK 39 to the address given at checkout.
All general delivery times stated on Inspirit Tattoo must be considered indicative. When delivery time is stated in days, weekdays are meant, and the charterer’s time is always added. The seller reserves the right to change the stated general delivery time without further notice.
If the delivery of the gift card is delayed, Inspirit Tattoo will give you information as soon as we have knowledge of it, together with information about and possibly when delivery can take place.
If the delivery is delayed, you have the right to cancel the purchase. If the purchase is canceled due to delayed delivery, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. The refund of the purchase price is made using the same means of payment that you used when ordering.
Delivery of the gift card takes place in the manner, at the place and at or within the agreed time (see points 1 and 2 above). Inspirit Tattoo is responsible for the gift cards until they are taken over by you, i.e. when you have received the products in your possession.
For home delivery, you must be at home to sign for delivery.
8. Disputes and choice of law
Disputes in connection with the conditions and related provisions, as well as disputes that otherwise concern the purchase of gift cards follow Norwegian law and fall under the ordinary dispute resolution bodies and courts, with Stavanger district court as the venue for any proceedings before the district court.
